Lions Club of Brussels Heraldic, the International Lions club in Belgium, is pleased to announce the world’s first virtual presentation of a Melvin Jones award to our Past President, Jacques Neyns. With a web Lions member audience as far away as Hannover, Germany and London, England, this was a special moment to honor Jacques who dedicated a lot of time and energy to the club’s activities over two years.
“ It was a big surprise yesterday, I did not expect it at all. Lion Marc de Meester delivered a mystery package to my wife Hilde and we were not allowed to open it before the virtual meeting”, says Lion Jacques.
