The Lions District 112C Convention in the VIP lounge of Anderlecht Football stadium was well organised, informative and entertaining and appropriate to the sporting venue, the added spice of heros, villains, winners and losers following the annual Lions District voting procedures.
With today's global Lions focus on ladies in leadership, it was refreshing to see three talented young lady representatives with service projects in Rwanda, RDC and Morocco stepping up to illustrate how they help those less fortunate than ourselves. Heraldic is proud to have Lion Leila update us on her Moroccan village beehive enterprise and her challenge of empowering women through her new venture, ‘Femmes Fières’.
